Greetings!
Springtime in Boulder means spring snow and warm sunshine.
We're getting ready for return trips to MerleFest and Taos Solar Music Festival, AND we have two wonderful new collections to share with our listeners.

YarmonyGrass 2007 Festival
Where SCI members went when they retired...
Two weeks after String Cheese Incident's farewell at Red Rocks, members of the band brought their new projects to the banks of the Colorado River to pick and party at this intimate camping festival. We're featuring two volumes of highlights from the fest, with tunes by Honkytonk Homeslice, Strings for Industry, Keith Moseley, Kyle Hollingsworth and Friends, and other progressive western bluegrass and jamgrass artists. Get to know this fest while it's little: this might be what the now-legendary Telluride Bluegrass Festival was like back in the beginning.

Savannah Music Festival 2004 -2008
Our new favorite spring break is this city-wide festival taking place this week and the next two weeks. It offers 85 shows in every possible performing venue in beautiful Savannah. Music ranges from classical to country blues, with the festival's signature custom programming you'll find nowhere else. On Volume One you'll hear six mandolin masters playing together (Mando Madness indeed!), a jazz who's who match up for Gypsy jazz and a swing band, and so much more.
The production on this project is as exceptional as the musical talent; the repertoire was very carefully selected and post-produced by the festival's staff and talented recording engineers. We like it when they make it sound so good, and still so live.
Volume Two is coming soon, with tunes from the archive and from this year's festival; order the package and you'll get Volume One now and Volume Two as soon after the festival as it's ready.
